counter depression

I’ve been pretty depressed and feel anxiety pretty heavily for the last year- it doesn’t effect my work load or my personal life, but it is always constant. So I think something light, and not something that puts me “out” from a doctor would be good. Anything you can order online or at a local store have any real effect? I tried something once that melts in your mouth, but it never really worked.

escape_s: All I can tell you is what works for me. An over-the-counter product called Panicyl. It is the only non drug anxiety and depression pill that has worked. Hope this helps!

A good whole food vitamin B should help. If all else fails you can get the artificial - like B100s, etc. But don’t take them for too long.

You can try herbal essence lozenges which are very helpful for anxiety (see below to try a tin for free).
