Go to a state social worker. They can help you get counseling and help pay for any prescriptions deemed necessary.
maybe art supplys, video games, model cars, books, running, dancing, music… this are just some alternantives to pills and they over the counter well most of them
Sorry to hear you are feeling low, babe. Yes, you can buy Saint John’s Wort capsules from health food shops. St John’s Wort is great for relieving depression and it’s safe and natural.
yes there is a one thats calle St. Johns Wart it works really well.
If u are really depressed tho u should see if you can talk to a friend
or someone u trust.I took St. Johns and it helped but I also
talked to someone I could trust.
Good Luck
Morgaine
Try St. Johns Wart, its an herbal vitamin. If this does not work you can also try teas from a health food store for depression. You can also go to your local Mental Health Department, they will go by your income and in some cases you will get service for free. Good Luck. Even though you can’t afford it, it is still wise for you to find help, I suffer from Depression and Anxiety and now that I got professional help I feel 100% better. You can also try this web site. and look up depression, it may also know several other over the conter medicine. Good luck again and don’t ignore your problem. Help is out there its just that you gotta call around and see if you qualify for any free help or low income help.
Kava natural food stores
If you go to a community college or a school and you go to the psychologist there, they can evaluate you and perscribe you medicine. If you are not a student and you take a class for fun just register you can take advatage of their health center too!
Take Care of yourself (((hugs)))
I’m so sorry that you feel bad. There are people out there who can help you. Try your county mental health department. They will set you up with an appointment to speak to a counselor or psychiatrist and give you the medication if it’s ordered. Have you tried to get Medicaid?
As far as OTC medications, the only one I know of is St. John’s Wort (herbal). They say that this can help, but it is pretty mild and I don’t know what the contraindications might be. Go ahead and research it online though.
