i went to my neurologist yesterday and another time before a couple months ago. shes convinced that i am suffering from mild depression :(( so she keeps bringing up the subject while my mom was right there. i think she might be right but the problem is that my depression is from my parents. even though they were there through my childhood and still are here i feel i was neglected until i was in 6th grade. they are good parents just not the best parents and i hate for them to find out im going through this because of them.

so please help me find over the counter medicine
-not allergic to anything
-i am a vegetarian and dont eat fish either so no fish oil please.
well i know i need to eat healthy but its really hard to eat right when your a lazy vegetarian so i need a list of all the vitamins,minerals, protein, ect that vegetarians lack(lack of energy so i have mood swings)…i am a very unhealthy eater so i need to fix that first. or maybe some really healthy foods that i could buy

alright people its not really that serious to where i neeeeed a doctor….i just need that neurologist to get off my back. i’ve already figured out that my parents arent going to find out so please try to help me if you can, if not then dont answer.

I used to take Effexor but I’ve since lost my insurance. I got a new insurance that doesn’t cover effexor so I’m just wondering if anybody knows of any good over-the-counter or all natural remedies for minimizing or eliminating depression. All opinions and tips greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I’ve been pretty depressed and feel anxiety pretty heavily for the last year- it doesn’t effect my work load or my personal life, but it is always constant. So I think something light, and not something that puts me “out” from a doctor would be good. Anything you can order online or at a local store have any real effect? I tried something once that melts in your mouth, but it never really worked.
