During recent years, Depression has been found as one of the major chronic disease that most of the people in our society are suffering from. In this corporate world, more and more people are struggling from financial as well as emotional catastrophe. As a result they are getting more and more vulnerable to depression. Depression has always persisted in our society since ages, but earlier we were unaware of its behavior. Now we all are very well familiar of its deadly symptoms.
Most of the people don’t realize the seriousness of depression even while they are being affected of it. They feel as if it’s just a temporary mental condition which would automatically be healed with time. Depression is a serious mental disease that directly affects the brain of patient. People who are going through stressed life style or some financial or emotional pressure are more likely to suffer from depression. It is just a myth that depression is a part of aging, it can happen to any person at any instance of life. Depression can sometimes so adversely affect the ability of a person that he even hesitate waking up in the morning from his bed. Depression is a sort of mental disorder which starts from brain and leads to serious physical illness in long term.
Teenagers who are so much tensed due to their academic performance or their personal relationships are affected the most. According to a survey it has been found that one out of every five Americans is expected to suffer from depression. Depression is a chronic disease and can last for several years if not treated properly. Sometimes depression is also expressed as unwillingness to do any sort of work. Such patients become so disheartened and develop a sense of inability to do anything.
