I really don’t think you can. You need to be diagnosed with depression to get provided with the pills.

There’s a good reason that anti-depressants need to be prescribed by a doctor. They can certainly help people, but they also have risks and you need to be monitored when you first start taking them.

You need to go to the doctor, be diagnosed with something, be given a prescription for medication and go to a pharmacy. I’m pretty sure there are no over-the-counter meds for depression. If you get them any other way, that would be illegal. If it’s something serious, and you think you might hurt yourself, call someone for help or talk to someone at your county’s mental health agency.

I think you might be confused; over the counter means you can buy it without a prescription. Anyway, phentermine won’t treat depression. It will give you energy but it won’t take away the depressed mood. In any event, the only way to get them is from a drug dealer, someone who gets this prescribed and sells them instead of taking them, or going to border towns in Mexico where they have doctors right at the pharmacy writing scripts for whatever you ask for.
