Medication is already the last thing we seek to cure depression. If this even doesn’t work, what else can we do? Take 2 or 3 pills at once?

Studies show that a vitamin B deficiency is/can be linked to depression. Taking on B-50 complex pill per day may help depressive moods/feelings.
Yes, there still is hope to “cure” depression. I was on medication since I was 13 to 19. You need to see a behavioral therapist, so you can openly talk about your feelings and why you think you’re having them.
DO NOT take 2 or 3 pills at one time, this will not increase the effect of the medication, it will just cause harm to your organs.
The first step is to be honest with yourself, which you’re already doing, which is great.
Second step is to find someone to talk to. If you have health insurance, find your pland and locate one through there.
I wish you the best of luck.
Remember, the answers are inside yourself.
Slowly, slowly.
i agree with the thing about vitamins. when i went to italy with my school, the teacher in charge told us to take these vitamin tablets or whatever to boost our vitamin C and B…i swear, they made me feel so much better. it was weird.

It depends on the causes of the depression.
If the depression is internally caused, (something inside of you) then therapy may help.
BUT
If the depression is caused by EXTERNAL causes (Something in the world affecting you), then a cure is unlikey. At least until the external cause is found, identified, dealt with, solved/resolved. etc.
