As far as meds go no. Sorry. None that work, their are “magical TV pills” that didn’t work for me. I use Valerian Root or Kava Kava Root, Kava Kava you have to be 18 to get, I would try 5htp for depression, it works wonders for me, and also may help with Anxiety. Vitamins can really help you, 5htp is like natures prozac, and Valerian Root is like natures valium. lol anyway,

Depression and anxiety can be helped alot by the b-vitamins. Try buying a b-vitamin complex and start supplementing with them. I am off all my meds for depression and anxiety and am using ONLY vitamins and amino acids. B-complex is essential and try supplementing with an additional vitamin b12. I use methy-b12 as it’s absorbed quite well under the tongue. It really helps with the anxiety. Also try niacin. It’s thought to work on the same receptors as valium and other benzodiazepines. Magnesium is another mineral that helps tremedously with anxiety. It also works on the benzo receptors and is my favourite mineral. 5-htp works amazing as well for depression, sleep and anxiety. Try these out and give it a week or two and you will feel alot better. But you cant take the 5-htp is your on ANY antidepressant. Get off the meds and give this a try and you will find happiness.
