i was diagnosed with high anxiety and severe depression and went to couseling for four years and i finally felt like i was doing better and didn’t need the medication anymore… i can feel my anxiety rising by the minute and my depression going through the roof. my boyfriend can tell something is wrong but i dont want to have to tell him about my past problems with depression… can somebody please tell me some over the counter drugs that will help my depression and anxiety!

    there is sam-e, 5 HTP, Omega 3 read about them first
    i have read alot about omega 3 - it is good for many things
    read success stories on - also eat healthy , take vitamins and get plenty of sleep
